Jemma experiences a great deal of stress and anxiety in her job and has developed a sleeping disorder over the years ranging from disturbed dreams and poor sleep through to insomnia. Virtual Reality Hypnosis (VRH) helped Jemma to regain control of her anxiety and a more stable sleeping pattern.
Jemma talks about her
anxiety
"The reason I wanted to try the hypnosis (VRH) was because I was giving
a presentation and I was a little uncomfortable and not very relaxed about
the whole thing.. I'm not a very good sleeper at night time. I dream a lot
and there are things that are going on at the moment"
Jemma talks about her
first treatment with VRH
"We tried it out (VRH) and it did actually help me sleep. For two nights
straight I sleeped extremely well. I didn't dream which I do quite often"
How did Jemma feel
immediately after the VRH session?
"My body felt really, really heavy. It actually took me about a minute
to be able to move my feet, my legs and my hands
It worked really well
I felt really relaxed for the rest of the day - even after giving my presentation."
"It was as though
all of my worries and all the things I'd been thinking about just went away
for that particular day and even during the night time
I got a lot of
complements from people saying that 'you're looking really good - well rested',
so that was quite interesting."
